These Terms and Conditions apply to all Business and Leadership Mentoring services provided by Premium Wellness Group Pty Ltd (ABN 49 255 282 313), trading as Madelaine Cohen (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a session, accepting a proposal, or making payment, you (“you”, “your”) agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We provide 1:1 Business, Leadership & Personal Mentoring sessions, delivered via Microsoft Teams. Session structure, duration, and pricing are confirmed either when you make a paid booking with us via our website, or, for bookings made directly with us via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication method and not via our website, with you directly before your booking is accepted.
In-person meetings are not included as standard and are only available where separately agreed.
2. Payment and Refunds
Fees are payable in full prior to commencement, or as arranged in advance. All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
No refunds are issued for change of mind. This applies whether fees were paid in full or by another arrangement.
Where a refund applies under these terms, it will be paid using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of approval.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
3. Service Delivery
We are committed to delivering sessions as scheduled. If an issue arises due to a breach of these terms on our part, please let us know within 24 hours of it occurring. We will then either resolve the issue or, at our discretion, refund the portion of any payment relating to it.
If we are unable to deliver a scheduled session due to illness, unavailability, or another reason on our part, we will offer a replacement session at a mutually convenient time.
4. Rescheduling and Attendance
Sessions should be attended at their scheduled commencement time, and end at their scheduled completion time.
At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule, where possible.
Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 6 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
No shows will be cancelled, and must be paid for in full.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed, adapted, or created by us, including in connection with mentoring sessions, remains our property at all times. Materials and resources provided as part of the program may not be shared with third parties, or used to compete with or benefit a competitor of ours.
6. Scope of Mentoring
Mentoring supports career, leadership, communication, personal, family, relationships and business goals. Outcomes depend on the actions and decisions you take, along with external factors in your life, workplace, or business. You are responsible for your own decisions and their results.
We may share relevant career or life experience as part of the mentoring process. What has worked for us may not apply in the same way to you, given differences in circumstances and conditions. Guidance is intended to support your own decision-making, not replace it.
We do not provide legal, accounting, financial, or other professional advice outside of Business, Leadership and Personal Mentoring. Where such advice is needed, please seek an appropriately qualified professional. Any referrals we make are to assist you, and we are not liable for the outcome of engagements you enter into with third parties on our recommendation.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared in connection with a mentoring engagement is treated as confidential and will not be used or disclosed without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law. This applies regardless of whether the information is written, verbal, or otherwise recorded.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. We recommend checking this page periodically, as continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
